SEAOIL gives back to community with basketball camp

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. recently launched a 10-day basketball clinic for the children residents of Barangay Namayan in Mandaluyong City.

A way of giving back to the community, the "1st Brgy. Namayan Basketball Clinic" will engage and develop children from 9-15 years old with basketball fundamentals and advanced basketball skills. To facilitate the clinic, Coach Eric Altamirano and expert coaches from the Coach E Basketball School will be present to train over 100 children of the Barangay.

The opening rite was attended by SEAOIL executives and esteemed government officials, including SEAOIL President & CEO Francis Glenn L. Yu, SEAOIL Chief Operations Officer Stephen L. Yu, and SEAOIL Vice President for Marketing Art Cruz. Also present in the event were Mandaluyong City Councilors Michael "Mike" Ocampo and Francisco "Boy" Esteban and Brgy. Captain Nardo Santiago.

Organized by SEAOIL and facilitated by Coach E Basketball School, the 1st Brgy. Namayan Basketball Clinic will run from February 10, 2012 to March 31, 2012 at the Namayan Basketball Arena.
